The Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and GST in advance as per the selected Kinvo Care service plan.
Fee Components
The total amount payable may include:
- Interview Booking & Facilitation Fee
- Search / Handling Fee
- Background Verification (BGV) Fee
- Placement Fee
- Subscription Fee
- Applicable GST
Non-Refundable Fees
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the following fees shall become non-refundable under the circumstances mentioned below:

| Interview Booking & Facilitation Fee | Immediately upon successful payment. |
| Search / Handling Fee | Immediately upon receipt of payment and commencement of candidate search and coordination activities. |
| Background Verification (BGV) Fee | Once the background verification process has been initiated. |
| Placement Fee | Once the selected Nanny accepts the assignment and is deployed at the Customer's premises. |
| Subscription Fee | Once the selected Nanny has been successfully deployed under the applicable subscription plan. |
Customer Cancellation
If the Customer cancels the service before deployment, any refund, if applicable, shall be governed by the selected subscription plan after deducting all applicable non-refundable fees and charges already incurred by Kinvo Care.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, after deduction of applicable taxes, payment gateway charges (where applicable), and all non-refundable fees.
Acceptance
By making any payment to Kinvo Care, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Payment Terms & Refund Policy and agree to be legally bound by them.
