Most regular agencies send profiles. A profile can list years of work, languages, and previous families. It cannot show what happens when a toddler refuses food, a baby will not sleep, or a parent’s instructions conflict with the nanny’s habit.
Childcare is a behaviour job
Children cry. Routines break. KinvoCare screens for patience, temperament, emotional stability, communication, and reliability because those traits decide whether a home feels safe after the first week.
What psychometric testing adds
Psychometric testing is an additional layer of assessment. It does not guarantee future behaviour. It does help families understand emotional readiness and consistency before a nanny is introduced.
Training still has a place
Behavioural fit and skills are not the same. CPR, first aid, hygiene, and age-appropriate care routines help a suitable nanny work more safely. Subscription Care can later identify training gaps and arrange retraining if needed.
If you are comparing agencies, ask whether they assess behaviour at all, or only circulate whoever is free this month.
