How do I start reviewing nanny profiles?

Do you provide police verified nannies?
KinvoCare supports ID verification, background screening, and local police registration support where applicable. Our goal is to help families follow a safer and more structured hiring process.
Do you perform criminal background checks?
Yes. KinvoCare includes background screening and criminal record check support as part of the nanny verification process.
Do you verify nanny identity?
Yes. KinvoCare verifies government identity documents and reviews address details before shortlisting profiles.
Do you conduct behavioural screening?
Yes. KinvoCare conducts behavioural screening to assess patience, communication, emotional control, reliability, and suitability for childcare responsibilities.
Do you conduct psychometric testing?
Yes. KinvoCare includes psychometric testing as part of its screening process to better understand temperament, emotional readiness, and childcare suitability.
Can psychometric testing guarantee future nanny behaviour?
No. No test can guarantee future behaviour. Psychometric testing and behavioural screening reduce risk by adding another layer of assessment before placement, but families should still interview carefully and observe the nanny after joining.
Why is behavioural testing important for nannies?
Childcare often involves difficult moments such as crying, tantrums, feeding refusal, sleep issues, and stress. A nanny's response in these situations matters. Behavioural screening helps evaluate whether a nanny has the patience and temperament required for childcare.
Are nannies trained in CPR and first aid?
KinvoCare supports CPR and first-aid training for nannies so they are better prepared for child safety and emergency situations.
What is Subscription Care?
Subscription Care is KinvoCare's ongoing support plan after placement. It includes monthly check-in calls with the family and nanny, expectation gap review, behaviour concern review, training gap identification, mediation, payroll support, retraining support, agreement support, and replacement support.
Why do you call both the family and the nanny every month?
We call both sides to understand the complete picture. The family may have expectations or concerns, while the nanny may have questions, workload issues, or training needs. Monthly calls help us identify and resolve small issues before they become serious.
Do you provide replacement?
Yes. KinvoCare provides replacement support as per policy if the nanny does not complete the tenure or if the family has a genuine reason to request a replacement.
Do you help with nanny payroll?
Yes. Payroll support is available as part of KinvoCare Subscription Care.
Do you help with nanny-family agreement?
Yes. KinvoCare provides agreement support to help families define working hours, salary, duties, leave, replacement terms, and expectations more clearly.
What work does a nanny do?
A nanny focuses on child-related care such as supervision, feeding support, hygiene, diapering, nap routines, playtime, school routine support, and child-related organization.
Will the nanny do housework?
KinvoCare nannies are primarily focused on childcare. General household work, full-house cleaning, cooking for the entire family, and unrelated domestic duties are not part of standard nanny responsibilities unless separately discussed and agreed.
