₹150 Start Fee
The ₹150 start fee is charged to activate the nanny matching journey and begin profile review.
Current published language (subject to business/legal approval): The ₹150 start fee is non-refundable once the profile review process has started.
Alternative option if the business wants conditional refunds: The ₹150 start fee may be refunded if KinvoCare is unable to provide any suitable profile for review within the stated service period.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription refund terms depend on the plan type, billing cycle, and service usage. Final subscription refund rules should be confirmed before launch.
