Why KinvoCare

Why KinvoCare: Verified, Trained, and Supported After Placement After Placement

Hiring a nanny is one of the most sensitive decisions a family can make. You are not simply hiring household help. You are allowing someone into your home, your routine, and your child's daily life.

That is why KinvoCare is built around a clear promise:

We Test for More Than Experience

Experience matters, but experience alone is not enough. A nanny may have worked in homes before, but families still need to understand her behaviour, patience, emotional control, and ability to manage difficult childcare situations. KinvoCare assesses behavioural suitability and conducts psychometric testing to better understand whether a nanny is ready for childcare.

Behaviour Under Pressure Matters

Children cry. Babies wake up repeatedly. Toddlers resist food, sleep, and instructions. What is not normal is harshness, threats, anger, unsafe handling, or punishment. KinvoCare's screening looks at temperament, communication, patience, and emotional readiness because childcare requires calm behaviour under pressure.

Six Commitments That Build Family Trust

  • Selective screening
  • Identity and background verification
  • Behavioural and psychometric assessment
  • Childcare and safety training
  • Police registration and agreement support
  • Replacement and post-placement support

Less Than 25% of Nanny Applicants Are Selected

We do not accept every nanny who applies. Our selection considers experience, identity verification, background checks, attitude, communication, temperament, psychometric assessment, training readiness, and suitability for childcare.

Verification Before Introduction

Before introducing profiles, KinvoCare focuses on identity verification, address verification, background screening, behavioural screening, psychometric testing, and document review, so families have better confidence before interviews or placement.

Training That Supports Safer Childcare

Nannies receive training support in hygiene, safety awareness, basic child handling, CPR, first aid, and age-appropriate care routines. Subscription support can identify training gaps and arrange retraining after placement.

Police Registration and Agreement Support

KinvoCare supports families with police registration assistance and nanny-family agreement documentation so the arrangement is clearer, more structured, and more compliant.

Support Continues After Placement

Replacement support is available as per policy. With Subscription Care, monthly check-in calls with both family and nanny help identify expectation gaps, communication issues, workload concerns, behaviour concerns, and training needs before they become larger problems.
