Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how KinvoCare provides nanny matching, verification support, placement coordination, subscription care, replacement support, and related services.
Service Scope
KinvoCare helps families discover, review, and connect with nanny profiles based on their requirements. We provide support for verification, background screening, behavioural screening, psychometric testing, training review, police registration assistance, documentation support, replacement support, and subscription care where applicable.
₹150 Start Fee
The ₹150 fee activates the nanny matching journey and allows the family to begin reviewing shortlisted profiles. It is not a guarantee of final placement.
Placement
Final selection of a nanny is the family's decision. KinvoCare supports the process, but families should conduct their own interviews and satisfy themselves before finalizing.
Verification and Screening
KinvoCare conducts screening and verification support based on available records, documents, interviews, behavioural assessment, psychometric testing, and process limitations. Verification and screening reduce risk but cannot remove all risk or guarantee future behaviour.
Subscription Care
Subscription Care includes ongoing support such as monthly check-ins, expectation gap review, behaviour concern review, training gap review, payroll support, mediation, retraining support, and replacement support as per plan terms.
Replacement
Replacement support is provided as per KinvoCare's replacement policy.
